I blend my knowledge of whole foods nutrition with healing therapies such as Therapeutic Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, & Acupressure to to help women overcome the things that are keeping them stuck and preventing them from experiencing the wholeness and joy in their lives that God intended them to have.
I have had my own health issues with Hypothyroidism which has lead me to researching and studying many things to try to heal my own body in a natural way, without medication. Because of this, I know what it feels like to NOT feel comfortable in my own body! I know what it feels like to be in pain every day.
My research lead me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied over 100 dietary theories and received my certification in Holistic Heath Coaching. Now, I also know what a joy it is to "feel" and experience my body healing!!
I have discovered some wonderful things in my journey! I LOVE to share my knowledge and experience with others. I believe that the body has an amazing divine ability to heal it's self. If we facilitate this healing power within our bodies, by feeding it with whole foods and natural healing products, our bodies will reward us with great health and longevity!
