I started my training at the Loving Hands Institute for the Healing Arts in 2004. I have been hooked ever since. Well, maybe I was hooked before that even! When I was 12 my neighbor was a massage therapist. He worked on me and my family members often. I can remember learning how to let my body relax and how to allow the tension in my body to leave with my breath. As I started training in this field, the circle became even more complete.

I have since trained in many modalities and sometimes combine them all or just use one. All sessions are based on my clients needs' that day and at that point in their life. It is very important to me to make my clients feel comfortable.

My goal is to provide my clients with the maintenance their body needs. The same way you would commit to maintaining your car. To allow the body to have regular self care. I work with my clients on all things from maintenance and energy work, to acute injuries and chronic conditions. One of my favorite modalities is Trigger Point Therapy. I love to integrate all of my training and give my clients what they specifically need.

I am trained in Swedish/Esalen, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Soft Tissue Release, Sports Massage, Acupressure, Reflexology, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Aromatherapy, Mayan Abdominal Massage, Medical Rehab, Chair Massage, Aroma Touch and Cupping.

It is my goal in my work to provide people with a tool, a tool to enter their own body, identify their own pain, and then, to let it go.... It is not always easy, but its always worth it!
