I finished my certification at the Loving Hands Institute for the Healing Arts not long after graduating from Humboldt State University with a degree in Kinesiology. My passion for extensive knowledge in health and wellness is why I am now practicing massage therapy.  I believe that my education in these fields is all interconnected just as our bodies are. My love for the human body started at a very young age being a dancer for many years and then a competitive basketball player all the way through high school. I have always had dedication for helping people and now feel that I am able to accomplish this more than ever.

Feeling and seeing my body change over the past few years of receiving massages and taking essential oils has made me truly appreciate how much therapeutic massage along with nutrition and exercise can make a positive difference in day to day life.      

I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Cupping and Chair Massage. My goal is to provide my clients with whatever their body needs for the short and long term. In order to truly benefit from therapeutic bodywork, the most important thing you can do is breathe. The breath is the most important tool in bodywork because it allows for the connection between the mind, body and spirit to find the pain and release it.
