I love my job, mainly because it is such a joy to help people heal and feel better in their bodies. I enjoy helping clients resolve muscular stress and injuries through massage, referrals to other practitioners and self care.There is nothing I find more satisfying than completing a massage and seeing a smile of relief from a client who has had a difficult day or has been dealing with pain. 

A regular receiver of massage myself, I know how important the details are, such as a safe, quiet, clean and comfortable room. I also love providing pampering touches such as essential oils, eye pillows, water bottles, chocolate and heat packs to my clients. I strive to listen and be empathetic to my clients in order to offer a professional environment where they can experience safe, nurturing touch.
