Hi, I’m Shawnie Zephyr, a Licensed Massage Therapist and passionate Ashiatsu practitioner. I’ve dedicated my practice to helping clients experience the transformative power of deep, intentional bodywork. 

Ashiatsu massage, with its deep, broad pressure and slow, therapeutic approach, allows me to address chronic tension and support your body’s natural healing processes. It’s truly an art form, and I feel honored to share it with every client who steps onto my table.

I’m deeply committed to growth—both as a practitioner and as a person. Continuing education is a cornerstone of my practice, and I’m always learning new ways to enhance the care I provide. I recently completed new advanced Ashiatsu training and am excited to integrate these techniques into my sessions. I’m also a certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator.

Looking to the future, I feel called to explore energy work and deepen my understanding of how we can nourish ourselves—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—through connection with Mother Earth. Every step of this journey informs the space I hold for my clients, helping me create a balanced, safe, and restorative environment where you can reconnect with yourself.
