I have been submerged in the bodywork world for 6 years now.  I hear stories of consistent pain, limited mobility, high stress. Your wellness doesn't have to hit a ceiling; that isn't the norm.  That's partially why I love what I do. I love to help my clients achieve their goals and feel the best they can feel.


This field humbles and inspires me.  Massage is truly a practice, and I never want to stop learning. I began with Swedish and Deep Tissue, soon discovering cupping therapy and scraping....

I began with Swedish and Deep Tissue, soon discovering cupping therapy and scraping.  More recently, I am practicing Thai massage and have been delighted with the results of involving movement in my work.  I also have bars installed above my table, and I practice Barefoot Ashiatsu massage which delivers consistent, deep pressure like nothing else.

Michelle is amazing! I have been to many different massage therapists and sometime it can feel like they are just going through the motions. Michelle is not afraid to dig in where I need it and has many different techniques to help with whatever issue I am experiencing!
