I am a licensed massage therapist, specializing in Myofascial Release. 

I am a graduate of the Heartwood Institute (2005), Naropa University (2012) and the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork (2014). As a student of yoga, meditation, anatomy, and the healing arts for over 10 years, and with more than 900 hours of bodywork education, I understand the importance of including the whole person--body, mind, and heart. 

I use slow, deep strokes combined with client breathing and movement to lengthen the myofascial meridians. I have experience treating a wide variety of conditions in clients of all ages at a Colorado chiropractic clinic, as well as in my own private practice.  

This work and the opportunity it gives me to assist people on their journey towards greater health and balance is a fulfilling and satisfying part of my life.

It was just an "okay" massage. I have had worse but I have had a lot better. I would never pay the $80 price, that is way over priced for the type of massage I received. He was friendly, the ambiance was alright kind of musky and the top of the wall is completely open its not a completely closed room. Interesting place.
