Welcome! I am passionate about health and wellness and dedicated to making people feel their best no matter their limitations. I provide therapeutic massage as well as advice on stretching, exercises, and self-care. I also provide aquatic therapy in an offsite, heated pool. Water is a very healing modality that can be used for limited range of motion and pain. Gravity has a way of dragging us down while water brings us up, transforming us on many levels.

It's hard to find a really good therapist who has the skill and the intuition to dig into the spots that really need work, and Colette has both! Loved my massage! She was able to find the trigger points at the root of my back issue and get deep into them. I will definitely be back!
