I have been practicing as a licensed massage therapist since 2014 graduating from the Lane Community College L.M.T. program where I was trained in Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point techniques and muscle stretching.  Since that time I have continued my education by receiving training in Lomi Lomi hot stone massage therapy.

Focusing on the therapeutic aspect of massage, I seek to locate the root cause of each of my client's discomfort.  Based on my findings and the client's feedback I offer a treatment plan to not only relieve stress, but to also improve overall bodily functions. 

Outside of massage I enjoy writing, photography, listening to music, volunteering in the community and spending time outdoors with friends.

I told my friend it’s hard to find a good massage. Therapist, once you find that person that’s who you’ll continue to go to. I enjoy a deep tissue massage, which is very beneficial for me. Alicia is perfect and how she uses the right amount of pressure where needed. I have talked about Alicia to my friends and they’re going to call her for an appointment. I can’t say enough about her and her technique. I would highly highly recommend her.
