Heather believes massage is an important factor in maintaining overall health and preventing many injuries and illness and she is committed to learning and sharing that knowledge with the community. 

As a board certified member of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) and the Florida State Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA), Heather holds herself to the highest standard of practice and code of ethics. She states “I provide my clients with a relaxing sense of well-being and relieve their stress and aches & pains with a personalized treatment program.” Heather is working towards her dream of owning a holistic wellness center. 

Heather enjoys spending her spare time with her family. Her son is a priority in her life as he grows and becomes more independent. She also enjoys keeping salt-water marine aquariums and is involved with the Southwest Florida Marine Aquarium Society. Other hobbies include scuba diving, travel, and relaxing with a good book!

Heather was amazing. I had a deep tissue massage and I think she found all the knots- tight muscles. I was able to move my neck with less tension.

I was on vacation and really needed a massage. I get regular massages back home and have an excellent massage therapist. My concern was finding someone of the same caliber as I’m used to. I knew within the first two minutes that Heather was going to meet my expectations. She’s highly skilled and focused on my problem areas without me even telling her where they all were. I’m definitely going back to her when I’m in the area again!!

Heather is a true professional. She has been able to help me to work through some long standing injuries bringing relief and also suggesting stretching exercises I can do on my own. Wide variety of massage techniques to chose and so relaxing. Very clean facility and centrally located.
