Through my massage and bodywork I aim to help my clients achieve their 'best self'. I do so by working alongside the body's natural ability to heal itself. In my work I use technical manipulation of muscle and systems, as well as ease the mind and spirit by providing a meditative atmosphere. My client's health and well-being is looked at as a whole, making sure all areas of need are attended to with knowledge, positivity, and compassion.
