I’m a graduate of Lake Superior College, Duluth, MN, 624-hour Massage Therapy Program. While in school I studied Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Infant, Pregnancy, Senior, Sports Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Techniques, as well as Somatic Muscle Release and assisted stretching.

I also became certified in Pediatric Massage Therapy through Liddle Kidz Foundation in May 2016.

Teresa was able to help relieve the pain I was experiencing and give some insight into what could be causing some of my symptoms. Highly recommend her to anyone that is experiencing any issues with tight muscles, neck stress and hand numbness.
