Hi! My name is Grace and I will be teaching the “Back to Basics” Thursday Nights at 6:30 class and the monthly Saturday  “Mommy and Me” class! I am so excited to be bringing yoga to Bliss and helping you to achieve your total relaxation and goals for peace this year!
Before I had my son I was the previous owner and creator of Pretzel Logistics Yoga LLC- a locally owned studio! I have trained and taught locally with Pretzel Logistics Yoga LLC for four years at places such as: The Cellar, RENDANCE, Fit4Life (Dunn, Benson, McGees Crossroads), Forrest Fitness, and Campbell University. I have also taught in Fayetteville at luxury apartment complexes such as Westlake at Morganton, The Preserves, and much more!
My background in yoga started 8 years ago in Colorado where I was mentored by Kimberly Bearden, owner of The Poetic Body LLC studio in Fort Collins, Colorado. I have also studied with great gurus such as Shiva Rae and have done continuing education through yoga retreats!
To say yoga is my passion is an understatement!
I look forward to getting back into yoga with everyone and getting to meet new yogis as well!
