I have been blessed with being able to work in various massage and bodywork environments: injury clinics, chiropractic offices, day spas, and my own private practice. I now specialize in injury recovery and Peri-operative Therapy. I use an integrated approach in my work and include several techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, CranioSacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Massage to help clients reduce their pain and recover faster from injuries and surgical procedures.

My love of all things massage and desire for helping people gain a more balanced, healthy life shows in and out of my work environment. I enjoy working with my clients and I am constantly expanding my knowledge of massage techniques so that I may be able to best meet their needs. I look forward to continue honing my skills in medical massage.
