As owner and operator of 4 businesses and a full time mom, I keep pretty busy, so I know how hard it is to pay attention to your health.  As a health coach, I work with you one on one to develop a plan that is affordable and just what you need to reach your optimal health.  I coordinate here in my office, physical therapists, massage therapists, personal trainers, business coaches, health coaches and more.  If I feel they will help you as well, I know they are right here.  In my younger years I studied Business Management, Bookkeeping,  and Event Planning (my passion), and in my 30s returned to school and studied Nutrition, Psychology, Alternative Therapies, Homeopathy, and so much more.  I am a sponge for new information that will help you upgrade you health - mind, body, home and spirit.

Initial Consultations with me are a deposit of $25 for 30 minutes.  From there, we can determine, what or who is most helpful for you and work with your wellness budget and needs to determine a attainable plan.
