I became a massage therapist because I experienced firsthand what a difference getting massages made in my own life. I used to be a ballet dancer - so I experienced a lot of pain and injuries and massage helped me recover from all of it. I have an education based in science. I majored in biology with the hopes of one day going to medical school. I changed my mind and decided that massage therapy is the way I want to help people. In 1996 I graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage and received my certification in Neuromuscular and Clinical Sports massage. I moved to Aspen, CO shortly after graduation. Living there allowed me to work with the world's top athletes,  dignitaries, celebrities, and everyday working people. I moved to Los Angeles in 2005 and built a new practice here. Recently I have graduated from the HMI College of Hypnotherapy and I am now a Certified Hypnotherapist as well.  All appointments are scheduled through text at 310-435-2552.
