I started my massage career in 1996 in Austin, Texas. I moved to California a few years later and continued my massage training earning my over 1000 hours of certified massage training and achieved my H.H.P. (Holistic Health Practitioner) License in 2004. I traveled to Thailand to learn Thai Massage and become teacher certified. (Holistic Health Practitioner) License in 2004. I traveled to Thailand to learn Thai Massage and become teacher certified. I specialize in  Traditional Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone, Myofascial Release, frozen shoulder, Piriformis Syndrome, Sciatic Pain, and Therapeutic Swedish Massage. I began teaching yoga in 2005 after my first yoga teacher training in Nosara, Costa Rica studying Interdisciplinary Yoga. My second yoga teacher certification is with Deepak Chopra and the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, which I teach weekly at the Chopra Center in La Costa, California. I enjoy helping people become more aware of their bodies and create a deeper connection into themselves.
