Alternate weeks, I am in Slade Ky in the Red River Gorge as Middle Fork Massage Therapy at Elemental Yoga and Wellness.

Lance Minnis is the single best massage therapist I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. He is personable, compassionate, kind and professional. He is not only a great massage therapist, he is a quality listener, healer and understanding human being. I cannot recommend him in higher terms. I only wish I could afford to visit with him more regularly.

From thorough automated information to a personal and professional approach, this experience was exceptional. It was a smooth process for scheduling and emailing with Lance, with one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. We had ongoing communication about pressure and adjustments, and I left feeling better with an obvious relief of tension. I did not have pain or problems prior to our appointment and did not expect miracles to happen within an hour, but I had notable improvements overall from the sports massage.
