My name is Margarita Ali and I would just like to start off
by saying welcome to Urban Medissage and welcome to your wellness. I am a
graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy, am currently Licensed in Massage
and Bodywork Therapy in the State of NJ and have passed the Massage and
Bodywork Licensing Examination given by the Federation of State Massage Therapy
Boards (which is a national entity and not a requirement in NJ). I take pride
in the work that I do and am very skilled at various techniques to ensure you
leave feeling repaired and refreshed. Not only can I provide a relaxing Swedish
Massage—to lower blood pressure and relieve stress—I can also perform Deep
Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage and
Stretching Exercises to alleviate back, hip and neck pain.
In this day in age people don’t take care of themselves the
way they ought to and it is my job to help you take care of yourself starting
with your body issues. This can lead to mental healing and spiritual peace. When
you take care of all the parts of your life you can live in a state of balance.
This is why I spend all of my time working with clients to provide essential
services that can lead to a life free of pain. I do look forward to our session
together and every session thereafter. If you have any questions call Urban
Medissage and everyone here will be more than delighted to assist you in taking
the next steps in your wellness plan.
