Hi I'm Amanda Hansen, I graduated from Therapeutic Bodywork Learning Center in Brewer Maine October, 26th 2021 as a Massage Therapist where I learned several therapeutic massage modalities.
I am also certified as a 500 hour yoga instructor, Doula, Herbalist, and Health Coach. I make my own products such as lotions, tinctures and salves, most of which I harvested in the wild in Maine and Wyoming and are available for sale at my studio.

First professional therapeutic massage in my life and it was beyond amazing! Amanda is a professional and it was evident as even three days after my appointment and I can still feel the benefits of the experience. Beyond that, my sleep has improved as well. Will definitely be back!

This was one of the best massages I have ever had. Amanda was attentive and listed to what I was looking for. She used a wide array of techniques to meet my goals for the session, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure the pressure was okay. The end result was that I walked away relieved of neck and back pain. My mobility was improved and I felt more relaxed. I will certainly be going again!

First time getting a massage and it was a really nice experience! I got a prenatal massage and at 37 weeks pregnant was very comfortable. The room was a nice temperature, with calming music playing. Amanda was very nice! She was easy to have conversation with, but did not try to make conversation the entire massage, allowing for it to be very relaxing and at the same time not awkward at all. The massage was so great, I almost fell asleep!

The massage was a very calming and relaxing experience. The tension my body was holding evaporated. I noticed all the little aches and pains in my muscles were gone as well. Very nice experience.

She did a great job loosening some muscles that had been badly knotted, and the cupping/hot stones were wonderful. You will leave feeling refreshed!
