A little about me...

Well...my name is Lucille Collins and I am a book-reading, outdoors-loving kind of person. My idea of a marvelous day is riding in the Jeep with the top down out into the woods and hiking up to a beautiful waterfall.. then just sitting there and soaking it all in. I am blessed with a practically-perfect-in-every-way husband and two wonderful adult children (along with a fabulous daughter-in-law and a precious precious granddaughter), wonderful extended family and amazing friends.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworker (or LMT, NCTMB for short) and a graduate of North Georgia Technical College Therapeutic Massage Program. I went into massage therapy because I firmly believe, both from personal experience and from scientific proof... that our mind and our bodies are very connected. Not just in the "muscles and nerves" sense, but in the "I have a big presentation tomorrow and I have a huge headache" sense or, in the "I'm really stressed... oh man, here comes a migraine" kind of sense.

Working with the body and relaxing it and working out the kinks often has the wonderful effect of working out the kinks in the brain and that all-encompassing mind/body connection too. I have experienced this fabulous blessing myself and want to pass it on!

I love my awesome God and my wonderful Savior, Jesus Christ and I believe all good things come down from our Father. I am so blessed to be able to use the gifts I have been given from Him to help you!!
