Everybody Deserves a Great Massage
I have been practicing massage since 2010 after
graduating from the Baltimore School of Massage. I see a range of
clientele including athletes, desk workers, first responders, educators,
and those enjoying retirement. Over the years, I have participated in a
number of activities including endurance sports, triathlon and mixed

me the ability to relate to my clients. The modalities that I have
experience and training in are Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage,
trigger point, myofascial, prenatal, fertility, reflexology, and Reiki.
Based on the needs of a client, I will incorporate different modalities
to create the best massage to meet your individual needs!

My normal problem spots after long runs or rough rowing sessions are complaining a lot less these days and I seem to be recovering from harder workouts much easier now that I've started getting massages here.

Jen was awesome! She was professional, listen to what I had to say and request, very professional and made me feel at ease. It felt so good after. One of the best massages. Definitely will be booking again and highly recommend her!
