Growing up I always new that I wanted to help make people feel better about themselves. After many ideas of how to do just that I found massage therapy. I fell in love! I went to the Utah College of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2009. Working in my trade for the past 11 years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I went to the Utah College of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2009. Working in my trade for the past 11 years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I specialize in Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue, however, I am trained in Swedish, Sports massage, Injury, Shiatsu (a Japanese modality done on a mat, fully clothed, using compression and working meridians in the body), Prenatal, Nueromuscular Therapy aka NMT, and Reflexology. Massage to me is not just a luxury, it is a necessity. I work on the those who are experiencing regular pain and can't figure out the cause. Those with chronic headaches or migraines, or who work at the computer all day. The weekend warrior and the avid runner. You have a knot you just can't get rid of, I can help you. Sore or stiff muscle? I can help that too. It is my goal to make sure you feel better than when you came in.

I have had massages all over the world and Rachel is by far THE BEST I’ve ever experienced. I started with her in 2015 and no longer live in the state but I make a point of getting an appointment with her whenever I visit. She has a 6th sense in reading people’s bodies - truly, it’s phenomenal. She heals me like no one else, no other health professional. I am eternally grateful to her.

I have already told several people she is wonderful, when I walked in with terrible sciatic nerve problems she was able to work them out so I could walk again. I will be going to her from now on, instead of my other therapist.

Skill level is far beyond what I've received at other places. Rachel does have kids/family/dog and works out of her home so there is some home noise but the quality of the massage is hands down the best I've received. I have fibromyalgia and have also had spinal fusion done and I would not go to any other person!! I honestly wouldn't care if we were doing massage with heavy construction right outside the window, the skill level is just that good!!

Rachel is a knowledgeable and skilled masseuse. She understands muscles and how they all should be working. She is always able to heal the areas that are painful and I always feel better after seeing her. Highly recommend!
