Kristen listened to my concerns. I'm training to compete in a Fit Model competition and I know that I need a deep tissue massage. However, I really wanted something relaxing and for her to work out any areas that needed attention. She did everything exactly how I wanted it. I would love to have these once a week. I will be going back.

Kristen is gracious, concentrates on what concerns you and focuses on scientifically improving the joint, muscle, body movement and offers recommendations on how you can personally concentrate on the improvement of. Kristen applies pressure according to your wishes. She is very respectful of your body.
