Look no further. I'm so glad I found Lifted Hands and Andrea. Once released by my doctor after knee replacement surgery, Andrea has been able to keep my recovery on track. Once I returned to work, I stated getting some very stiff and spasmodic muscles. She had helped tremendously with the issue. I'm so happy 😊!
