I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2013 and graduated from Lancaster School of Cosmetology and Body Work. I have studied Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myo-fascial Release, Trigger Point, Therapeutic and Sports massage. I will be continuing my education in Acupressure and Active Trigger Release Therapy.
