A Garner resident for 21 years and new to the White Lake area, I'm a native North Carolinian from Rockingham. I earned my diploma completing the Therapeutic Massage Program from Wake Technical Community College. A caregiver at heart, I have a strong desire to help others manage the pain and stress resulting from today's demanding, fast-paced lifestyles. Whether it's a relaxing Swedish massage or a deep tissue session, relief and range of motion are increased throughout the neck, shoulder, arms, and legs. Sciatica and low back pain are areas I enjoy helping clients with as well. Specialties of mine also include sports massage, hot stones, reflexology, and mayofacial release. I am also certified in pre and peri-natal massage and thoroughly enjoy helping a mother to be relax. Additionally, my continuing education course in medical massage and experience with clients has helped me to master techniques that will provide pain relief and release restrictions throughout the entire body. Enjoying massage on a regular basis from me will do wonders for the management of daily pain and stress, helping to improve sleeping patterns and overall health.
