Natalie Grande

Natalie has been in the field of massage for the last 15 years. Her expertise includes corrective, clinical, sports and therapeutic massage. She assists in the healing and correction of compensation and strained muscles. Natalie's passion for corrective bodywork emerged after leaving medical massage. She realized those needing corrective massage due to daily activity had limited resources outside of a medical office. She dedicated herself to creating an establishment that combined relaxing and therapeutic works to heal the body and mind. In the year 2022, she partnered with Elyse Strickland to form their current practice.

For the past three years, Natalie has been an independent, traveling, massage therapist in Texas and Nevada. During this time, she worked with first responders, law enforcement, military and professional athletes. Most recently she has partnered up as co-owner of Elite Massage Therapy. Four years ago, she founded fusion sports massage in Dallas, TX. Later parting ways to realize her most recent works. Her background includes over ten years in five-star, private spas, while simultaneously dedicating her extra time to medical massage. Natalie practiced over eight years of medical massage therapies. Here she worked alongside, some of the best Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Chiropractic in the DFW, metroplex.

 Natalie’s mission is to provide value and quality services through a combination of massage modalities. She understands that relaxing and therapeutic massage are key ingredients to healing the body and mind. She looks forward to reaching everyone wanting to live, perform and function with relief.

Natalie took the time to go over every detail of every issue, never rushing or skipping details. I had a few areas that had been giving me problems for months, and she worked them out so effortlessly! Also got some great balance/workout tips to help ensure I don't injure myself while training/lifting.

Natalie totally gets the biomechanics of what muscles support and how they are triggered. I’ve been having lower back complications for a while now, and Natalie is hands down the most knowledgeable on getting me as close to normal as I can be.
