The training that kicked it all off: I wandered into an amazing school during a trip to Thailand in 2007 and walked away with 30 hours of basic training in an interesting modality known as Nuad Boran (or Bo-rarn.) It started out as a wonderful accompaniment to my yoga classes, and bloomed into something much more.

In March 2016, I had the unbelievable opportunity to study with Maw Homprang Chaleekanha at Baan Hom Samunphrai in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The inspiring and intense training afforded me 80 hours of education and practice in Nuad Boran, as well as 60 hours in Thai Herbal, and Womb Lifting therapy.
