Elizabeth has been a therapist for the last ten years. She specializes in Medical Massage, Sports Massage and Deep Tissue. Helping people in pain is her passion, doing her part to help relieve chronic or acute pain and assist stress management . She has worked with athletes performing Deep tissue and trigger point therapy. An athlete with tight muscles can’t perform at his/her ultimate ability. She uses a variety of techniques within a session to give you what your body needs. Not only what you express to her verbally but what your body intuitively tells her as well. She adds cupping, hot stones and hot towels to your massage. She is driven by passion and experience and she looks forward to having you on her massage table.
