After graduating from college with degrees in dance therapy and psychology, Nadine went directly to study at The Chicago School of Massage Therapy, and concurrently into an extensive yoga education in Astanga and Iyengar yoga. She has been a practicing massage therapist and yoga teacher since 2002. Nadine still works as a dance artist, and teaches a variety of movement classes online and at TaoSatva in Taos.  Her massage work is greatly influenced by her study of the kinesthetic body through yoga and dance. Nadine’s massage techniques include neuromuscular, myofascial, and lymphatic drainage therapies as well as intuitive listening. She is also trained in pre-natal massage, includes cupping when appropriate, and has experience working with migraines. Client feedback includes sensing safe space, feeling relaxed, and that they have learned something.
