Rebecca was very good at finding my problem areas. I am new to MFR, so I didn't know what to expect. I have been pleasantly surprised with my results after each session. I felt moderate relief from the first session, but increasingly more relief with the second session. I typically get deep tissue massage, so this is way different. I have definitely noticed results after each session, and each session is progress towards fixing my problem areas! This is a technique you should definitely a chance and try!

Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable & always resolves my issues….hip pain, back issues, and now shoulder & neck pain. She’s also very good about explaining stretches & techniques I can apply at home to prevent the issues from reoccurrence.

I’ve already referred a couple of people to Rebecca. She makes sure you are comfortable, is gentle, and is very knowledgeable. I learned a lot! Her goal is to help you feel better, and she works hard to accomplish that. Recommend her highly.

Rebecca is awesome! I’ve been seeing her for massage, and now Myofascial Release, for over 10 years. She always listens closely to what you say and incorporates what’s relevant into her work. She’s very professional and always empathetic/sympathetic. A true master - you can’t go wrong with her.

Rebecca is both knowledgable and informative at the same time. These two qualities result in the patient understanding what she is doing to alleviate the issues causing pain. And then the patient can be a part of the healing process.

Rebecca listens to concerns and takes great care to it apply too much pressure when you're in pain. She's wonderful with tricks to ease the soreness too.
