In 1999 I was rear-ended in a car accident on an LA freeway. My accident left me with a mid-trapezius spastic spasm.  In lay terms, I had back pain that would put me on the floor writhing in pain.  I couldn’t bring myself to  take muscle relaxers and live in a haze.  I spoke with my physician about alternative solutions to managing the pain and resolving the injury – specifically asking about massage.  I was fortunate enough that the  insurance company agreed to cover massage therapy.

 After my treatment course I knew two things:

1. I was hooked on massage! Not only did I feel better than I ever had, I didn’t have so much as a sniffle for a year. I was happy, I was healthy, I slept well every night and was energetic the next day.

2. I knew I needed to learn how to bring the same non-pharmaceutical enhancements to the lives of those around me.

Because I care. I’m not a spa who will treat you once, take your payment and then forget you came by. I want to see you achieve the results you’re looking for – whether it is enhanced performance as an athlete, pain and stress management, or just a nice treat for yourself or someone you love.  I’ve worked for fitness clubs, luxury spas, local events, and the San Diego Chargers. Clients have ranged from recreational relaxation seekers, to amateur and professional athletes, to expectant mothers.
