LorLorel graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy’s 2200 hour Remedial Massage Therapy program. As an age group triathlete and marathon runner since 2009, she experienced the benefits of massage therapy first hand. As a community level coach and history working at an ergonomics consulting firm, she developed a strong understanding of human anatomy, common injuries and general stress reduction techniques. This eventually ignited her passion for Massage Therapy and a desire to help clients achieve their optimum health and wellness goals. She currently enjoys practicing both relaxation and therapeutic massage with a focus on client education for self care strategies. Lorel is a full member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and is working toward her certification in Reflexology.
