After 8 years serving in the U.S. Army dealing with conflicts and war, I have finally found my peace by helping others obtain relief. Relief from chronic pain, relief from daily stress and relief from mental anxiety. The military has taught me compassion and led me toward my focus of therapeutic/medical massage. 

 

I graduated from Baltimore School of Massage, in 2006. At that time, the school curriculum was centered around protocol with a clinical/ therapeutic course of study. This type of study taught how muscles work to support the body and assist at putting our best foot forward. Over 15 years of massage experience has taught me a vast number of techniques, communication skills and the ability to put the two together to give a client a successful experience. Understand that it did not take (1) day for you to get where you are, so more than likely it will take more that (1) session to reach our goals. But with patience, determination, teamwork and a good plan, we can reach goals of improvement - together.

Best massage experience I have had. And I have had many in the past. The ambiance is so relaxing. Mika is amazing and knows what she is doing. I had three sessions with her for my shoulder pain and I already feel the difference. The pain is practically gone. I highly recommend!
