White is  a graduate of New York College.  Practicing since 2010, her comprehensive therapeutic massage techniques include deep tissue, prenatal, sports massage, cupping therapy and kinesiology taping. June 2016 she received certification in Neuromuscular Therapy, 2018 Myofacial Therapy.
