From my time as a collegiate athlete, to the 10 years of coaching Junior Olympic volleyball to becoming a certified personal trainer in 2014, I have observed and studied the mechanics of human movement. To often I see clients and athletes unable to pursue their fitness, athletic or personal goals due to soft tissue restriction and pain. These observations are what encouraged me to become a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist (CFST).
