Christa has been a licensed practitioner since 2010, but has been giving massages to friends and family long before she knew massage was in her future. With over 1000 hours in massage training and over 10,000 hours hands-on bodywork, she has developed a unique skill as a bodyworker. 

Over the years, Christa has worked side by side with physical therapist and chiropractors a like. These work environments not only offered a deeper understanding of the body's functional movements, but she was able to see how these treatments benefit the body when utilized together. 
Christa is always seeking new techniques and modalities to grow in her practice. in 2016 she studied Thai massage in Thailand to deepen her knowledge and skill in Thai massage practice. Christa is always looking for ways to expander her knowledge in her field to offer clients a truly customized experience. 
Her goal is your goal; she will work with you to get your body to optimal functioning. If she can't provide the best treatment for you, she will do her best to find you the right practitioner for your needs.

If you are looking for something more than the traditional "froufrou" massage, perhaps Christa and her unique blend of Thai massage (and stretching), could be what you and more specifically your body is missing. I had never experienced a traditional Thai massage, but I deduced from the pictures I had seen of her in action that I needed to try something different than what I had been doing to address some specific problem areas that I've been trying to work through. Needless to say Christa did her normal massage routine and as she came across some of these problem areas, she focused on them implementing techniques that were knew to me. I felt some immediate relief and comfort and intend to visit her again to try and continue this process of working through some of my longer term problem areas that I hope to rid myself of over time. If you are looking for something closer to assisted stretching combined with massage, then Christa might just be what you are missing. I'm glad I found her.

I feel like a new person! Christa really knows her anatomy. She found and released several trigger points. The following day I felt an improvement in posture and even breathing! Not your average massage therapist. I will definitely return regularly.

If you are looking for a massage, therapist who is skilled with advanced techniques to help your body get back into balance and free of pain and dysfunction, then Christa is the massage therapist for you. She is amazing! I have been a massage therapist for over 30 years and she’s my new massage therapist because I love that she knows how to work the body. Her quality of touch is fantastic and that’s something that cannot be learned—It is a gift. I highly recommend her and you should definitely book an appointment with her.

I cannot say enough good things about Christa! I have looked and looked for a massage therapist in South Florida but haven't been wowed by anyone. So happy to finally have Christa! She is truly the best! I loved my 60 minute massage and my only regret is I didn't book the 90 minute. She loves what she does, is professional, and is extremely knowledgeable. She combined techniques for my massage and did what my body needed. She also took time with me before to go over what I needed and what I was looking for. Her space is beautiful, clean, and relaxing! Christa is the best! I will be back!
