I have been in the natural health field for over 20 + years. Massage therapy was a calling I felt for a very long time and a natural extension of the life I choose to live and share with others. I have a background in psychology and have been involved with herbal remedies for most of my life. I decided to attend Health Options Institute in April of 2015 and graduated top of my class in September of 2016. While there, I was trained in Deep Tissue, Sports, Neuromuscular Therapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology and of course Anatomy (which I absolutely love). Since then, I have been certified in ACE Massage Cupping Therapy & Certified Level 2 Table Thai Massage as well as becoming Master Level in Usui style Reiki. I am Licensed in Massage Therapy in Pa. and am registered with American Massage Therapy Association.
Rather than pull from one modality during a session, I like to incorporate them all based on what my client's needs are for that session. I have been blessed to work with a variety of client's and have helped ease the symptoms of many issues like sciatic pain, frozen shoulder, recovery from hip surgery, headaches, fibromyalgia, and stuck energy just to name a few. I believe everyone deserves a pain free life and work holistically with my clients to help them achieve that.
I live and work in the lovely little town of Easton, Pa. where I grew up. I believe in community support and would love to help out with fundraisers, corporate events or volunteer opportunities.
When I am not working with a client, I am spending quality time with my family and friends, homeschooling my son, learning about new herbal remedies, gardening, studying spiritual/mystical avenues, love getting my endorphins flowing as well as cozying up with a good book to read, renovating and playing with my French bulldog, Lulu.
