I invite you to slow down and find your unique path that leads toward better health and well-being. In this increasingly chaotic, fast-paced, stress-filled world we inhabit, it is important to take steps to build and maintain good health---and not just physical health. Good health encompasses many different areas of our life whether it be physical, mental, social or spiritual.
Every person's journey will be different since we are strong in some areas, weaker in others. The motivation behind Balsamroot Massage & Bodywork is my commitment to a more holistic view of a person's health and well-being. In my life journey I discovered how much of an important role massage therapy can play in this endeavor and I'm so grateful I can share this with others in my community. I truly enjoy helping and supporting others in their own journey, creating a balanced life that nourishes instead of draining one's energy.
I graduated from the Columbia River Institute of Massage Therapy right here in the Wenatchee valley and hold professional memberships in both ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) and AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). I'm committed to lifelong learning and continuing education, always seeking to build and expand my knowledge base. Some pursuits that help in my personal health journey include spending time outdoors hiking, gardening, reading and learning to knit.
I look forward to meeting you and providing skilled massage as a step in your path to better health and wellness.
