I have worked as a injury rehabilitation specialist in Physical therapy clinics, and as an NATA Athletic Trainer in the high school, with US National teams, and professional athletics. I became a licensed massage therapist in 2004 in order to become dual credentialed and licensed as an LMP and ATC. I like to integrate both skill sets into custom sessions designed to suit the needs of the client/patient for every visit. I use an assortment of hands on modalities that will best suit the Needs of the client / patient at each session. I take a wholistic approach to treatment knowing that our bodies are connected and effected by every part. My skills include Structural relief Therapy, Myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, proprioceptive therapy PNF, muscle re-education , movement therapy and pain reduction.
