As a Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives,” while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.  Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is table based, pain free assisted stretching to improve flexibility, mobility and recovery.

Robin is a consuming professional. She communicates well and asks where you are hurting and gauges the treatment on both area and pain tolerance. She does wonders for my daughter who suffers from spasticity due to Cerebral Palsy.

I am in my fourth year of regular visits with Robin. She gives me great relief from my hip and shoulder impingement pain. I can do my work and home activities without pain medicine. I first saw Robin for massage, but she addressed my pain issues with myofascial stretching therapy and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
