As a Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives,” while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.  Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is table based, pain free assisted stretching to improve flexibility, mobility and recovery.

At 62 and owning a CrossFit Affiliate, I use my aging body. Robin was AMAZING. The very next day I did a VERY TECHNICAL and difficult hiking challenge (Boulder Beast). I beat last years time by 45 minutes and I am also feeling great the next morning. Also, my left shoulder is feeling great, no tingling or numbness! I will be a regular!

Robin is amazing. I didn’t realize the extent that therapeutic massage could fix things a doctor might otherwise prescribe meds for. She’s magical in her abilities! I can recommend her enthusiastically, but recognize that ‘deep tissue’ is real, and not for the faint of heart!
