As a Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives,” while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.  Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is table based, pain free assisted stretching to improve flexibility, mobility and recovery.

Robin is wonderful. I have gone to a few different massage therapists and while I thought they were great, Robin identified the source to my issues instantly. She was really able to get into those target muscles and while it did not feel pleasant in the moment, It sure did afterwards and I am so grateful. I can't wait to come back.

I highly recommend Robin for both the stretching and the massage. Stretching was a little uncomfortable but so necessary. I continue to feel the benefit after just one stretching session. I will continue with her services.
