Muscle Maintenance was established 30 years ago by Brett Phillips, an exceptionally talented and knowledgeable massage therapist. In June  2015, I purchased his massage business when he moved to Florida and have been the proud owner of Muscle Maintenance of Rochester, LLC. ever since. I am dedicated to carrying on the same level of service our clients have known for years.
