Christine Camara

Move better, Feel Better.

Muscles help control movement. If they are overworked, stressed or not firing properly, you experience pain, discomfort or limited range of motion. Clinical Massage differs from "relaxation" massage in that it addresses particular muscles, groups of muscles or other soft tissue restrictions that are the root cause of our dysfunction. A wide variety of hands on body work modalities are incorporated depending on each individuals needs and goals. No cookie cutter treatment here!
