I am a 2003 graduate of Greenfield Community Colleges Stillpoint Massage School in Massachusetts and 100 hours of clinical massage at Bancroft school of massage. I am a 2003 graduate of Greenfield Community Colleges Stillpoint Massage School in Massachusetts and 100 hours of clinical massage at Bancroft school of massage. I studied a holistic approach to massage and many useful modalities such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue, sports massage and prenatal/pregnancy massage. The education I received and the fact I have wanted to be a massage therapist for most of my life has helped fuel a passion and made this a life long quest for me. I believe in listening to my clients needs during their massage to maximize their comfort and effectiveness of the massage.

I encourage verbal and look for nonverbal communication so I can give my clients a massage their mind and body needs and truly believe even a deep tissue shouldn't hurt. Growing up some of my closest family members were in the medical field. Seeing them care for others selflessly made me want to contribute in a way that caused people to feel better and with minimal pain.

My grandmother was an end of life care nurse (pre-hospice), hearing her stories about how a simple shoulder rub would calm the most aggravated patient made me want to help people gain the same piece while still active in their life. Her knowledge and stories allowed me to see the benefits of touch from a young age and how useful and powerful it could be in healing. I am currently a full time massage therapist at Escape Therapeutic Massage in East Longmeadow, Ma and volunteer with the elderly giving care at an affordable price in local senior centers.
