I knew that I had always wanted to go into a profession where I could help people. I struggled with severe acne where it really had an impact on my self esteem and confidence. I found out that being an esthetician would give me the education to be able to help myself and others who were dealing with the same thing. With my esthetics license, I enjoy doing facials, microdermabrasions, and chemical peels. I also started developing migraines and didn't know where to start with treatment. I was very interested in alternative healthcare and saw that massage was something that would help. While I was in school for massage therapy, I realized that it was something that helped with so much more. I have since received an additional certification in prenatal massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, and aromatherapy. I range from light pressure to deep pressure and can focus on relaxation or pain relief.
