My journey into Thai Yoga Bodywork began during my 235-hour yoga teacher training at Devanadi Yoga in Minneapolis, MN. After completing an Intro to Thai Yoga Bodywork session as part of the training, I knew that I wanted to immerse myself in the art of Thai therapy. I began my Registered Thai Therapist (RTT) training in June 2015 and continue to study with my teacher, Tanya Boigenzahn. I love working with clients on their healing journey.

My path to yoga began 10 years ago as a form of therapy. Following the death of my grandmother in 2013, I started practicing in earnest and was amazed at yoga's capacity to heal my mind and heart. To deepen my personal practice, I enrolled in the 235-hour yoga teacher training at Devanadi Yoga in Minneapolis without the intention to teach. After subbing my first class at the Yogasoul Center in Eagan and seeing students fully immersed in themselves during the practice and relaxation, my mind was changed. I found that I loved helping students explore their bodies and connect with their true selves through yogic tools and philosophies. I completed my teacher training in August 2015 and am currently enrolled in the 300-hour program at Devanadi in the Spring. I find peace and strength in the connection of the mind, body, and breath and have a strong personal practice that guides my teachings in the studio.
