Jess completed her degree for Massage Therapy in 2010 and has been serving the Eagan area for the last decade. Some of her modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, Prenatal, Hot Stone, & Aromatherapy.  She has such a passion for the health and wellness of her clients. She has used her experience and expertise to help people get relief from injuries, stress and pain while promoting better body function and mental well-being. Ranging from soothing relaxation to targeted deep work, her communication skills allow each client's session to be customized to their needs that day. Her goal is help her clients feel their absolute best so they can life their best life.
