I have been a Medical Massage Therapist for over 20 years. I graduated from Blue Sky School of Massage in Grafton WI in 1998 and have been licensed in Wi since 1999. I am fascinated with human and animal anatomy and physiology and love learning everything I can about it. I love to share information with my clients that I believe may improve their quality of life.

I have developed my own style of massage called Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage.  A type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. It also addresses restrictions in the soft tissue allowing the body to unwind from tension and natural lymph flow to return.. Manual stimulation of the lymphatic system can increase lymph flow by up to 10 times for up to 36 hours afterward.

I am also an approved provider by the National Certification Board for Massage Therapy and Bodywork (NCBTMB) to teach Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage to other professioanls.
