I was greeted warmly by Ben and the office staff. Ben is a terrific professional- makes me completely comfortable, tells me what he is going to do before he does it, uses my responses to meter how he treats a particular area, and finds the places to release that have long term benefit.

I was referred to Ben by a friend and have had three sessions so far working on some lingering shoulder issues since a cycling crash in 2011. I've been to several other therapists, but none has been able to isolate the problem areas as well as Ben. The techniques he uses have been innovative and show a solid understanding of anatomy and how it plays out through a trauma like that as well as the normal wear and tear of everyday life. He's given me homework exercises that I've found very helpful. Ben is really easy to talk to and creates a relaxing and professional environment in his studio. And the personnel there are friendly, helpful and professional. Looking forward to my next visit.

Ben took a great wholistic approach to achieving optimum positioning and balance on the bike. In addition to adjusting the bike itself, he made suggestions for strengthening and massage.
