REVIEWS for my Coaching, Bodywork, or Fitness services

Ben does a great job pinpointing why I am having pain, treating it, and giving me action items for home. He also cares about the whole person and inquires about nutrition, hydration, and stress levels. I highly recommend Ben and the Endurance Collective!

I appreciated the level of detail Ben provided. It was clear he wanted to give me as much information as I wanted so I could continue to address any issues/changes on my own going forward if I wanted to.

I've been asking a lot of my legs during this lead up to a 77-mile run and after my session with Ben, my knees and hips are tracking wonderfully. My gait feels balanced and smooth.

As a former massage therapist and experienced massage client for years, I go to Ben because I know what’s good vs. what’s excellent. He is truly excellent at his craft in terms of knowledge, experience, dedication, professionalism.

After 2 years dealing with a series of cycling induced thigh/hip injuries, I decided to try massage therapy as an adjunct to PT. I wish I had done this 2 years ago. In addition to being a massage therapist, Ben has an extensive cycling background. In conjunction with the massage therapy, he recommended a cycling core exercise program, evaluated my cycling mechanics, and is helping me ease back into riding without reinjuring myself. I have no doubt that all this is helping to speed my recovery. He is also very personable, and I highly recommend him.

I really appreciate that Ben is aware of more than the part of your body which is having difficulty and works to have everything in harmony.

Ben is awesome and very personable! I play D1 sports and my body has been through a lot, but it has never felt better ever since I started seeing Ben.
